A beautiful piece from the 17th Century, this original Aubusson Verdure tapestry from France has been lovingly patched and restored by us, using scraps from other tapestries in an effort to maintain the unique look of these woven pieces. Rather than hanging, which can cause the old fibers to stretch and lose shape, we have mounted and framed this piece in hopes of preserving it for years to come.

While we love the statement-making appeal of a large antique French tapestry, we also know not everyone has an expansive wall (or wallet!) to showcase one in their own home. Our solution? Discarded bits of stunning old tapestry pieces brought back from the Paris flea markets and given new life with new or vintage frames.
