An extra large ‘creamery’ bowl known in France as French “telle” or “tèle”, this piece was used for the separation of cream from milk. In fantastic condition, the inside is glazed, and would make a stunning fruit bowl, or used as decor. Found on a farm in northern France, most likely early 1900s.
